Analista Sr de Eventos Digitales

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• You will be responsible for leading the operational, analytical, and optimization control of the events strategy for South America.

• Ensuring data traceability, efficiency in communication flows, indicator control, and continuous improvement of planning, execution, and post-event processes.

• You will scale the events operation through replicable and standardized processes.

• You guarantee reliable and actionable data for decision-making.

• You anticipate operational and communication risks, acting preventively.

• You enhance conversion rates, attendance, and commercial effectiveness of events.

• You will lead the functional coordination of the Junior Analyst.

• You consolidate and cleanse the databases for all events.

• You perform data cross-referencing in Excel and CRM for analysis and tracking.

• You design dashboards and executive reports for result visibility.

• You design and oversee the communication journeys before, during, and after each event.

• You identify early alerts and lead post-event retrospectives for continuous improvement.

⛳️ Requirements

• You hold a degree in fields such as Marketing, Administration, Industrial Engineering, Communication, or related areas.

• You have a minimum of 3 years of experience in event operations, data marketing, CRM, and automation.

• You possess intermediate to advanced Excel skills, strategic thinking, process management, data storytelling, and functional leadership abilities.

• You must reside in Bogotá.
