Analista Security Awareness, Junior

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Assist in the implementation of the company's Information Security awareness and culture program.

• Aid in the creation and writing of educational content, internal communications, newsletters, and support materials for awareness campaigns.

• Provide support in organizing and managing logistics for training sessions, events, and lectures related to the topic.

• Monitor and extract reports from training platforms and phishing simulation exercises.

• Engage with employees to address basic questions regarding best security practices, directing complex cases to the senior/mid-level team.

• Assist in the ongoing update of indicators and metrics spreadsheets for the area.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in developing and executing information security awareness programs.

• Ability to create educational content, communication campaigns, and training materials.

• Knowledge of information security standards and best practices (ISO 27001, PCI-DSS, CIS Control, among others).

• Capacity to communicate with diverse audiences, adapting the approach according to the target audience's profile.
