This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Support the processes of prospecting, contracting, and renewing network infrastructure solutions and contracts;

• Conduct initial legal and commercial analysis of contract drafts, addenda, and commercial agreements;

• Utilize dynamic reading to quickly comprehend technical scopes and contractual clauses, identifying key points of attention;

• Update and maintain internal systems, control spreadsheets, and databases within the department;

• Assist in the communication interface between telecom suppliers, corporate clients, and internal operational teams;

• Prepare reports, operational presentations, and supporting documents using Microsoft Office tools;

• Aid in validating billing, payment processes, and compliance with contractual obligations alongside partners.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School diploma (Higher Education in progress or completed in Administration, Telecom Management, Business Processes, or related fields will be considered an advantage);

• Practical experience or strong ability in reading, interpreting, and analyzing contracts and formal documents;

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (especially Excel for controls and Word/PowerPoint for reports and presentations);

• Proven ability in dynamic reading and quick understanding of complex texts and business rules;

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for corporate relationships.

• Previous experience in Information Technology (IT) and/or Telecommunications sectors;

• Background in areas related to corporate customer service (B2B), commercial support, or payment/billing management and auditing.
