Analista Infraestrutura Cloud Pleno

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Ensure the availability, security, stability, and efficiency of cloud, hybrid, and on-premises environments.

• Administer, monitor, and optimize environments on Google Cloud Platform, AWS, and Azure.

• Manage and support Kubernetes clusters, including deployments, namespaces, policies, ingress, autoscaling, troubleshooting, and containerized workloads.

• Administer Linux and Windows Server systems, performing configurations, updates, hardening, troubleshooting, and access management.

• Operate and support VMware environments, including provisioning, maintenance, and optimization of virtual machines.

• Implement, maintain, and automate infrastructure using Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices.

• Automate operational routines and CI/CD pipelines with GitHub and GitLab.

• Implement and monitor observability solutions using Datadog, Prometheus, and Grafana.

• Support migration and modernization projects between on-premises and cloud environments.

• Engage in backup, disaster recovery, business continuity, and high availability efforts.

• Optimize resources, performance, and costs in cloud environments.

• Ensure compliance with information security, governance, and regulatory compliance.

• Manage cloud networks and hybrid connectivity, including VPCs, VPNs, load balancers, and DNS.

• Analyze and resolve critical incidents and infrastructure issues.

• Collaborate with development, security, architecture, and operations teams.

• Document procedures, architectures, technical standards, and operational processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed or in-progress degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields.

• Experience in the administration and support of cloud, hybrid, and on-premises environments.

• Proficiency in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and knowledge of AWS and Azure.

• Advanced experience with Kubernetes, including cluster management, deployments, Helm, autoscaling, ingress, and troubleshooting.

• Knowledge of containers, Docker, and Kubernetes.

• Advanced systems administration skills for Linux and experience with Windows Server.

• Experience in VMware virtualized environments.

• Experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices.

• Experience with GitHub, GitLab, and CI/CD pipelines.

• Familiarity with DevOps practices.

• Experience with Datadog, Prometheus, and Grafana.

• Knowledge of cloud networking, VPC, VPN, load balancers, DNS, and hybrid connectivity.

• Understanding of cloud security, IAM/RBAC, encryption, and compliance.

• Certifications in GCP, AWS, Azure, Kubernetes, or DevOps.

• Experience in Health Tech or regulated environments, such as LGPD, HIPAA, and SOC.

• Knowledge of Cloud Security and FinOps.

• Strong analytical skills, organization, proactivity, and problem-solving focus.
