Analista Funcional Senior – Salesforce

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Gather requirements in collaboration with business areas.

• Lead meetings for understanding and refinement.

• Create functional documentation.

• Develop user stories and acceptance criteria.

• Support the technical team during the development phase.

• Validate deliveries with users.

• Assist with approvals.

• Participate in deployments.

• Serve as a liaison between business, IT, and suppliers.

• Ensure traceability between requirements and deliveries.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong experience as a Functional Analyst.

• Experience in Salesforce projects.

• Knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud.

• Familiarity with Salesforce Service Cloud is a plus.

• Experience with REST API integrations.

• Understanding of JSON.

• Knowledge of agile methodologies.

• Experience in creating functional documentation.

• Ability to interpret technical documentation.

• Knowledge of Git and GitLab.

• Salesforce Administrator certification.

• Salesforce Business Analyst certification.

• Proficiency in BPMN.

• Proficiency in UML.

• Salesforce certifications.

• Experience in multinational environments.
