Analista Funcional

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Analyze and document business requirements, identifying needs, business rules, dependencies, and improvement opportunities.

• Gather information from clients, end-users, and relevant departments through interviews, workshops, and understanding sessions.

• Develop user stories, use cases, functional flows, acceptance criteria, and any other artifacts necessary for solution development.

• Serve as a liaison between business areas, clients, development teams, QA, and other project participants.

⛳️ Requirements

• Hold a degree in Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related fields.

• Experience as a Functional Analyst, Requirements Analyst, or Functional Consultant in technology projects.

• Proficient in gathering, analyzing, documenting, and validating functional and non-functional requirements.

• Expertise in user stories, use cases, acceptance criteria, functional specifications, and process diagrams.

• Familiarity with agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.

• Knowledge of Jira, Confluence, or similar tools.

• Strong skills in facilitating meetings with clients and technical teams and translating business needs into technological solutions.

• Possess analytical thinking, attention to detail, effective communication, autonomy, and the ability to work collaboratively.
