Analista FP&A I

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Support the financial viability of new products and innovations within the International Business categories of Grupo Boticário, assisting in the development of gross margin analyses and data consolidation for approval committees;

• Monitor and update the results management of the *topline* (from GMV to Gross Margin) for brands and categories in the International sector, ensuring the accuracy of historical and projected data;

• Conduct analyses to identify opportunities for cost reduction and profitability improvement;

• Actively engage in the automation of processes, facilitating the transition from manual reports to self-service dashboards and optimizing departmental spreadsheets;

• Structure financial models/simulators.

⛳️ Requirements

• Ongoing or completed degree in Administration, Economics, Engineering, Accounting, or related fields;

• Prior experience in Corporate Finance, FP&A, Financial Planning, Controllership, or Business Intelligence;

• Basic to intermediate understanding of P&L, income statement logic, and metrics related to returns (such as Gross Margin and EBITDA);

• Proficient in Google Sheets (advanced formulas, pivot tables, and data integration) and familiar with visualization tools (such as Looker Studio or Power BI);

• Knowledge of programming logic (SQL) for data extraction and familiarity with handling large data sets in BigQuery is a plus;

• Strong communication skills and a collaborative profile to interact with various departments (Commercial, R&D, Operations, Controllership, and FP&A) on a daily basis;

• Organizational skills and resilience to manage the routine of a complex and dynamic structure.
