Analista Fiscal – Junior

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Record service invoices, debit/credit notes, Cte's, among others in SAP (MIGO/MIRO).

• Generate and issue invoices for the sale of fixed assets, as well as for shipment/transfer operations.

• Evaluate and respond to requests from internal and external clients regarding fiscal receipt matters.

• Participate in the monthly and annual accounting closing processes.

• Ensure the quality of information, adhering to deadlines, procedures, and policies established by the firm.

• Implement fiscal legislation at all levels.

• Support and assist with external audits, consulting, and internal client activities.

• Organize and maintain fiscal documentation, such as invoices and receipts, in compliance with legal requirements and company fiscal policies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Law, Economics, or Business Administration.

• Knowledge and experience in the assessment and legislation of taxes such as ISS, ICMS, PIS, COFINS, and withheld taxes.

• Proficiency and experience using SAP as a user.

• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.

• Ability to identify improvements in operational fiscal processes.
