Analista FinOps – Pleno

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Continuously monitor the costs associated with Multi-Cloud environments (AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud);

• Identify consumption deviations, anomalies, and financial optimization opportunities;

• Prepare cost, consumption, and trend analyses to support decision-making;

• Assist in the development and monitoring of the Cloud budget and forecast;

• Identify cost reduction opportunities through: Rightsizing, idle resources, scheduled shutdowns, Savings Plans, Reserved Instances, and optimization of Storage and Networking;

• Track savings indicators (Cost Avoidance and Cost Savings);

• Define, implement, and maintain financial governance policies for Cloud environments;

• Create and audit Tagging strategies for accurate cost allocation;

• Ensure Chargeback and Showback processes for products, projects, and business areas;

• Define KPIs for monitoring FinOps maturity;

• Build executive and operational dashboards for tracking Cloud costs;

• Develop financial indicators for various audiences (Executives, Technology, and Business);

• Produce periodic reports on consumption, budgets, optimizations, and financial forecasts;

• Disseminate best practices of the FinOps framework among technical teams;

• Support architects, SREs, and engineering teams in developing financially efficient solutions;

• Utilize observability tools to identify infrastructure optimization opportunities;

• Correlate technical metrics with financial impacts;

• Support automation initiatives aimed at operational efficiency.

⛳️ Requirements

• Solid experience in FinOps, Cloud Financial Management, or Cloud Cost Management;

• Knowledge of Multi-Cloud environments (AWS, Azure, and/or Google Cloud);

• Familiarity with cost optimization strategies and financial governance;

• Strong analytical skills for interpreting financial and technical indicators;

• Excellent communication skills for interaction with technical, financial, and executive areas;

• FinOps Foundation certifications;

• Certifications in AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud;

• Knowledge of Kubernetes and containers;
