This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Chile.
• Ensure effective financial, administrative, and contractual management of the project.
• Develop and monitor the project's budget.
• Oversee budget execution and financial control.
• Guarantee the proper use of funds allocated to the project.
• Assist in the annual financial planning of the project and its related subprojects.
• Coordinate procurement and hiring processes.
• Manage administrative processes associated with the project.
• Prepare financial reports for donors.
• Generate monthly and semi-annual reports for the project.
• Bachelor’s degree in: Business Engineering, Economics, Finance, Administration, Accounting, Civil Engineering, or related fields in financial or administrative management.
• A minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in the administrative and financial management of projects.
• Proficiency in project budgeting.
• Experience with procurement processes and tenders.
• Capability to prepare financial reports for donors.
• Intermediate or advanced English, particularly for report preparation and communication with international donors.
• 100% funded supplementary insurance (for employees) for indefinite contracts.
• An additional week off at the end of the year beyond legal vacation.
