Analista Financeiro Pleno – Tesouraria

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Manage and oversee the daily payment flow, ensuring punctuality and compliance with internal policies;

• Conduct daily payment reconciliations, identifying and resolving discrepancies between the ERP and bank statements;

• Monitor loan and borrowing contracts, tracking due dates, amortizations, and the impact of interest on cash flow;

• Serve as the primary contact for suppliers, actively negotiating improved pricing and payment terms;

• Analyze cash flow behavior to propose enhancements that optimize working capital;

• Generate databases, management reports, and financial result presentations to support decision-making;

• Propose and implement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency in treasury and accounts payable processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Degree in: Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields;

• Solid experience in the financial sector, preferably with a focus on accounts payable and treasury;

• Proficiency in Excel;

• Mastery of Google ecosystem tools (Drive, Sheets, Docs, Slides, among others);

• Analytical, organized profile with strong attention to detail;

• Good communication skills and ability to relate to various profiles (both internal and external);

• Experience in managing financial operations (amortizations, interest rates, and grace periods);

• Proactive character with strong communication skills for direct engagement with suppliers and banking institutions;

• Ability to interpret financial indicators and convert data into actionable business improvement suggestions;

• Previous experience with Sankhya ERP routines is an advantage;

• Experience working remotely is a plus;

• Knowledge of automation is an asset.
