This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Provide customer support via chat and phone for Omie.G-Click clients.
• Conduct remote access to clients' machines.
• Develop step-by-step procedural guides in the form of images, text, or videos.
• Forward systemic issues to the Product Specialists team.
• Redirect chats or phone calls that are outside of the designated area.
• Preferred: Currently pursuing a higher education degree; (preferably in Accounting, Administration, Financial Management, Economics, Tax Management, etc.)
• Preferred: Knowledge of the Omie.G-Click system.
• Preferred: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience of 2 years as an intern or assistant.
