This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.
• Registration and management of tickets using tools such as Jira, ServiceNow, GLPI, or similar.
• First-level technical support (N1) serving as the primary point of contact for users.
• Identity management: password resets and account unlocks in Active Directory.
• Installation, configuration, and basic maintenance of hardware (PCs, laptops, peripherals).
• Network printer configuration and basic connectivity.
• Software installation and support (Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office 365, browsers).
• Email configuration (Outlook, IMAP, POP3).
• Utilization of remote access tools (AnyDesk, TeamViewer).
• Documentation of solutions, manuals, and user guides.
• Technical or university degree in Computing, Information Technology, Systems, or related fields.
• Minimum experience of six months.

• Basic understanding of IT security (corporate antivirus).
• Management of local backups.
• Basic proficiency in Excel and Power BI.
• Personal competencies: Active listening and user orientation. Patience and empathetic interaction with non-technical users. Clear and effective communication. Organization and time management. Adaptability and handling multiple incidents.
