This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Execute hardware and software certifications and testing, ensuring compatibility and adherence to established corporate standards.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on performance indicators (KPIs) related to IT services and internal processes.
• Manage IT assets, ensuring control, traceability, and continuous updates of the hardware and software inventory.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement, contributing to the optimization of IT services.
• Support the planning and execution of infrastructure projects and technological modernization initiatives.
• Develop and maintain up-to-date technical documentation for the services and solutions under your responsibility.
• Provide second-level support when necessary, in collaboration with the technical support team.
• Encourage knowledge sharing and best practices related to IT infrastructure and operations.
• Oversee the corporate device inventory, ensuring proper allocation and utilization.
• Lead the equipment replacement process for employees, based on lifecycle and identified needs.
• Adhere to and reinforce information security guidelines, aiding in protection against internal and external threats.
• Bachelor's degree completed in Information Technology or Administration.
• Preferred knowledge in hardware and software certification.
• Familiarity with operating systems: Windows, MacOS, and Linux.
• Experience in IT Service Management (ITIL Foundation).
• Background in Agile and Lean methodologies, such as Scrum and Kanban.
• Strong collaboration and interaction skills with diverse areas.
• Knowledge of best practices and key security technologies.
