Analista de Resiliencia Operacional, Gestión de Incidentes

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Chile.

📋 Description

• Maintenance of the Business Continuity Management System (BCMS) Implement and update the Business Continuity Management System, ensuring its alignment with applicable standards and regulations (CMF, ISO 22301).

• Business Impact Analysis (BIA) and Risk Analysis (RIA) Define and implement the Business Impact Analysis (BIA) and Risk Analysis of interruptions (RIA), identifying critical processes and their dependencies.

• Business Continuity Plans (BCP) Develop, maintain, and update Business Continuity Plans, ensuring they are current, validated, and available for activation in case of a contingency.

• Disaster Recovery Plans (DRP) Support the development and maintenance of disaster recovery plans, coordinating with Technology and Operations departments to ensure their technical feasibility.

• Continuity Testing and Drills Plan, coordinate, and execute periodic continuity tests (crisis drills, disaster recovery, failover), documenting results and leading improvement actions.

• Training and Continuity Culture Design and conduct training on business continuity plans for critical areas, promoting a culture of preparedness and response to contingencies.

• Incident Management and Response Support incident management, orchestrate and mobilize teams, analyze and report operational incidents, ensuring complete traceability of the events and timely communication to regulatory bodies when applicable.

• Management Activities Assist with internal task assignments within the team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Educational Background: Civil Industrial Engineering, Commercial Engineering (with a strong affinity for technological management), Execution Engineering or Computer Science, or related fields focused on process and project control.

• Required Experience: 1 to 3 years in operational risk, business continuity, or incident management areas, within financial or technological institutions.

• Participation in Incident Management (ITIL), Business Continuity (BCP), or Crisis Management roles in digital and/or regulated companies (banking, fintech).

• Development or maintenance of BCP or DRP plans.

• Preparation of risk reports for internal or regulatory committees.

• Additional Points: Experience in industries with high regulatory demands (banking, insurance, fintech) or ISO 22301 certification.

• Technical Proficiency Required: Business continuity management: BCP, DRP, BIA, RIA.

• CMF regulations applicable to operational continuity and incident management.

• Desirable Skills: Experience with monitoring, alerting, and incident management tools (e.g., Jira Service Management, PagerDuty, Datadog, Opsgenie).

• Knowledge of ITIL v4 in incident and problem management.

• Languages: Native Spanish. Technical English (desirable) for reading international standards (ISO 22301, ITIL, Basel) and technical documentation.
