Analista de Requisitos – Sênior

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Gather and document functional and non-functional requirements in collaboration with users and business areas.

• Translate business requirements into technical specifications for the Java development team.

• Model business processes and identify opportunities for automation.

• Validate requirements with users and developers.

• Support backlog prioritization and delivery planning with the agile team.

• Ensure alignment between client needs and technical delivery.

• Act as a bridge between technical and business areas, ensuring a common understanding of requirements.

• Ensure clarity and traceability of requirements throughout the development cycle.

• Keep the requirements documentation up to date and accessible.

• Participate in validation and acceptance testing of deliverables.

• Identify risks and impacts associated with changes in requirements.

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of software analysis and specification processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in technology-related fields.

• Experience with version control systems like Git.

• Familiarity with Code Review and Pull Request/Merge Request practices.

• Knowledge of messaging systems such as Apache Kafka.

• Proficiency in Docker and Docker Compose.

• Understanding of distributed microservices.

• Experience with Linux distributions: Debian, Ubuntu.

• Languages, technologies, databases, frameworks: Java 5, 8, 11, 17, Servlets, JSP, JSF 2 (Managed Beans), JEE, Spring Boot, Spring Data JPA, Spring Security, Object-oriented programming.

• Familiarity with Clean Architecture (SOLID principles).

• Knowledge of MVC and MVP architecture.

• Experience with relational databases: Oracle and/or PostgreSQL.

• Familiarity with the Google Cloud platform.

• Solid experience in eliciting, analyzing, and documenting software requirements.

• Background in projects using Java technologies (familiarity with frameworks like Spring and Hibernate).

• Knowledge of UML, BPMN, and use cases.

• Ability to write clear and concise technical and functional specifications.

• Experience with requirements management tools (JIRA, Confluence, Trello, etc.).

• Understanding of system architecture and APIs (REST/SOAP).
