Analista de Requisitos – Pleno

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Gather, analyze, and document both functional and non-functional requirements

• Develop a structured backlog featuring user stories and acceptance criteria

• Act as a liaison between business areas and technology

• Assist in defining business rules and user journeys

• Ensure traceability between requirements and deliverables

• Participate in refinements and sprint planning sessions

• Validate scope and support functional homologation

• Identify external dependencies (APIs, integrations)

• Document flows, integrations, and complex rules

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience as a Requirements/Business Analyst

• Strong expertise in writing backlogs (user stories, acceptance criteria)

• Experience with integrated systems (APIs, microservices) and mobile applications

• Familiarity with agile methodologies

• Proficiency in tools such as Jira and Confluence

• Knowledge of process modeling and workflows
