This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Manage, monitor, and support corporate Wi-Fi environments.
• Conduct troubleshooting for incidents related to connectivity, performance, roaming, authentication, and wireless coverage.
• Operate and maintain Cisco Catalyst Wireless, Cisco Meraki, Huawei, and Aruba solutions.
• Assist in the deployment, expansion, and modernization of wireless environments.
• Execute analyses of coverage, capacity, interference, and user experience.
• Track performance indicators, availability, and quality of wireless connectivity services.
• Support software, firmware upgrades, and technological standardization in wireless environments.
• Participate in projects aimed at evolving the wireless network infrastructure.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and knowledge bases.
• Engage with vendors and manufacturers to address incidents, problems, and improvements.
• Collaborate with manufacturers' TACs to manage, monitor, and analyze complex incidents.
• Assist infrastructure, security, operations, and architecture teams in resolving wireless connectivity issues.
• Participate in root cause analysis (RCA) and drive continuous improvement actions.
• Support the maintenance and evolution of environments with 802.1X authentication, WPA2/WPA3 Enterprise, and integration with NAC solutions.
• Work collaboratively with Security, Audit, and Risk teams.
• Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Computer Networks, Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
• Experience in managing and supporting corporate Wi-Fi environments.
• Knowledge of IEEE 802.11 technologies (Wi-Fi 5, Wi-Fi 6, Wi-Fi 6E, and Wi-Fi 7).
• Proven experience with at least one corporate wireless platform such as Cisco Catalyst, Cisco Meraki, Huawei, or Aruba; familiarity with multivendor environments is desirable.
• Understanding of wireless management and monitoring platforms.
• Knowledge of wireless controllers, cloud-managed platforms, and centralized management solutions, including Cisco Catalyst Center, Meraki Dashboard, Huawei iMaster NCE-Campus, and Aruba Central.
• Experience in troubleshooting LAN and Wireless environments.
• Familiarity with switching and TCP/IP networking fundamentals.
• Knowledge of network protocol capture and analysis tools.
• Experience in log analysis, event monitoring, and connectivity diagnostics.
• Preferred: experience with Cisco Catalyst Center, Cisco Meraki Dashboard, Cisco ISE or other NAC solutions, Ekahau, Hamina, AirMagnet, or Site Survey tools; automation using Python, APIs, or Ansible.
• Desired certifications: CCNA; Cisco Meraki Solutions Specialist (500-220 ECMS); Cisco Certified Specialist – Enterprise Wireless Implementation; Cisco Certified Specialist – Enterprise Wireless Design; CCNP Enterprise; HCIA-WLAN; HCIP-WLAN; Aruba Certified Mobility Associate (ACMA); Aruba Certified Mobility Professional (ACMP); CWNA – Certified Wireless Network Administrator; Ekahau ECSE Design; Ekahau ECSE Advanced; ITIL Foundation.
