Analista de QA Sênior – FullStack

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Lead code reviews focused on quality, guiding developers on best practices for test coverage, readability, and maintainability;

• Develop learning pathways, technical guides, and reference materials that enable the team to evolve continuously and independently in testing culture;

• Serve as a technical reference point for questions and challenges related to testing within the squads;

• Foster a shared quality culture — where the responsibility for testing is not solely on QA, but is distributed among the entire development team;

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience with test automation in Java and Python applications (backend);

• Experience with test automation in Angular applications (frontend web);

• Familiarity with testing in mobile contexts;

• Knowledge of CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar);

• Code versioning with Git;

• Use of Artificial Intelligence applied to identifying fixes, improvement suggestions, and optimization of test suites;

• Previous experience in technical mentoring or QA leadership within agile teams;

• Experience with tools such as PIT Mutation Testing, Stryker, Locust, k6, Gatling, Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress;

• Certifications in quality assurance (CTFL/ISTQB or equivalent).
