This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Develop and maintain the testing strategy for systems.

• Create and manage scripts, artifacts, and test scenarios.

• Monitor the progress of requirements from conception to delivery.

• Proactively identify actions necessary to ensure the proper execution of tests.

• Support the implementation of quality practices throughout the development cycle.

• Validate deliveries made by development teams.

• Plan and execute functional and non-functional tests as required by each demand.

• Map and update the critical path of applications.

• Assist in acceptance activities with managing users.

• Work on the continuous improvement of application quality in collaboration with the Certification team.

• Ensure traceability between requirements, tests, source code, and other artifacts.

• Manage and generate test data, ensuring the availability of necessary information.

• Oversee environments, including creation, configuration, maintenance, and balancing of development and testing environments.

• Contribute to IT deliverables with enhanced quality, security, and efficiency.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in Test Management and Planning.

• Experience with test documentation.

• Experience in automation, performance, and execution of tests.

• Knowledge in identifying common software faults and errors.

• MANDATORY CERTIFICATION: At least one of the following certifications or equivalent:

• ATC – Certified Testing Analyst from IBQTS - Brazilian Institute of Quality in Software Testing;

• CBTS - Brazilian Software Testing Certification from ALATS - Latin American Software Testing Association or equivalent or similar certifications;

• CTFL - Certified Tester Foundation Level.

• CTFL-AT - Certified Tester Foundation Level - Agile Tester from BSTQB or ISTQB Certified Tester Foundation Level - Agile Tester.
