This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.
• Manage inquiries related to products, stock, and availability.
• Follow up and resolve issues, warranties, and claims.
• Coordinate the onboarding, support, and daily service of suppliers.
• Maintain smooth communication with the warehouse, operational areas, and associated logistics partners, ensuring an accurate flow of information.
• Supervise the quality and updating of product and inventory information.
• Identify improvement opportunities to optimize processes and strengthen supplier relationships.
• Previous experience in roles related to e-commerce, logistics, foreign trade, or supplier management (2-3 years).
• Academic background in logistics, international business, or related fields (not mandatory).
• Negotiation skills and a commercial profile.
• Ability to solve problems proactively and under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills, active listening, and teamwork abilities.
• Advanced proficiency in computer tools, especially Excel.
• Flexible working hours (initially may require morning hours for training, transitioning to afternoon hours later).
• Intermediate English proficiency (desirable but not mandatory).
