Analista de Projetos – Scrum Master

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Monitor and analyze process metrics to foster continuous improvements in team performance and productivity.

• Serve as a facilitator for agile ceremonies, ensuring the implementation of Scrum practices and agile methodologies.

• Assist developers in enhancing technical requirements and advancing the development workflow.

• Support the Product Owner (PO) in prioritizing, refining, and detailing backlog items.

• Ensure that backlog items are adequately prepared and sufficiently detailed for development.

• Collaborate with the PO and developers to construct and monitor business metrics aimed at delivering customer value.

• Lead initiatives for enhancing the software development process in partnership with the involved teams.

• Identify and eliminate impediments, dependencies, and conflicts among teams.

• Facilitate communication and integration between different teams and areas during solution development.

• Promote the agile culture and best practices within the teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Previous experience as a Scrum Master in agile teams.

• Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and agile methodologies.

• Experience in tracking agile metrics and performance indicators.

• Proven experience in managing and refining the backlog alongside the Product Owner.

• Understanding of the software development cycle and collaboration with technical teams.

• Experience in facilitating agile ceremonies and removing impediments.

• Excellent communication skills, mediation abilities, and interpersonal relationships.

• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Trello, or similar platforms.

• An analytical, collaborative, and continuous improvement-oriented mindset.
