Analista de Monitoreo

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Guatemala.

📋 Description

• Oversee, manage, and monitor all activities inside and outside the stores related to security.

• Utilize infrastructure and communication technologies, mechanisms, and protocols to coordinate ongoing control and monitoring actions in the branches.

• Maintain effective communication with private security companies and public safety authorities.

• Provide an immediate response to potential contingencies.

• Monitor operational information within stores, generating analysis and follow-up to promptly address security incidents and executed protocols.

• Retrieve evidence and backups from CCTV systems.

• Minimum of 6 months of experience.

• Knowledge of monitoring practices.

• Proficient in operating CCTV platforms.
