Analista de Monitoramento Jr. – Trilíngue

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee the TIC infrastructure

• Recommend enhancements for the monitoring tools currently in use

• Monitor the performance of systems, links, and assets to identify deviations

• Log incidents of failures and track the resolution of incidents

• Provide support for monitoring, executing scripts and/or actions to resolve potential incidents

• Implement the communication plan to inform stakeholders about incidents and the estimated time for recovery from potential issues

• Check the status of equipment, interfaces, and external access to the equipment

• Supervise the services provided by contract professionals whenever necessary

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology or related fields (Preferred)

• Incident management experience (Preferred)

• Familiarity with monitoring tools (Zabbix and/or Grafana)

• Fluent in English and Spanish

• Knowledge of IT environment management tools

• Understanding of incident management tools

• Proficient in MS-Windows and Linux operating systems

• Ability to apply scripts

• Spanish - Advanced
