This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.
• Serve as the primary point of contact
• Log tickets in tools such as Jira or ServiceNow
• Categorize tasks according to priority
• Reset Windows passwords and unlock accounts in Active Directory
• Install peripherals (mouse, keyboard)
• Configure network printers
• Perform logical cleaning of equipment
• Students in intermediate cycles (5th year and above) or graduates in technical fields such as Computer Science or Systems
• Basic courses in computer assembly, home network configuration, and advanced user-level knowledge of Windows/Office
• Training in Excel and proficiency in Power BI
• ITIL certification
• Physical assembly and maintenance of PCs/Laptops, installation of Windows 10/11 and Office 365
• Networking: Basic email configuration (Outlook/IMAP/POP3) and printer connectivity
• Experience with remote desktop software (AnyDesk, TeamViewer)
• Basic knowledge of ticketing software (GLPI or Jira Service Management, Aranda, Service Now, Ivanti, Remedy, Proactivanet)
