Analista de Implantação Junior

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Receive and assess the feasibility of executing requests directed through cards opened via the utilized management system(s);

• Execute activities as per the received instructions, adhering to the specified details contained therein;

• Conduct tests at the end of each execution to ensure compliance of the deliverable;

• Document the results of the tests conducted, detailing the implementation process of the content and enhancing the execution history of the activity;

• Collaborate with the Implementation team to identify more agile methods for task execution and with the Project Management team to explore more efficient solution alternatives for the current task flow;

• Engage the Implementation and Development teams for issues originating from the source code (bugs) or inquiries regarding the deployment of new system versions;

• Basic knowledge of SQL and experience with databases such as PostgreSQL/PostGIS;

• Ability to create, manipulate, and query spatial data;

• Maintain control of client data hosted in the cloud;

• Perform manual security backups of the geographic database and coordinate with IT to ensure automatic backups;

• Basic understanding of operating systems (Linux/Windows);

• Test functionalities made available by the Development team;

• Install and configure basic software solutions, including operating systems, databases, and application servers;

• Ensure the security of client information stored in the Geopixel solutions' databases;

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Exact Sciences, Computer Science, or IT;

• Basic concepts of maps, cartographic projections (e.g., EPSG 3857, EPSG 29194), and reference systems;

• Understanding of vector data (points, lines, polygons) and raster data;

• Intermediate English proficiency;

• Tomcat;

• Basic proficiency in PostgreSQL database and PostGIS spatial extension;

• Fundamental programming skills (Python, JavaScript);

• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and JSON;

• Basic understanding of Linux and shell scripting;
