Analista de FP&A Pleno/Sênior

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Manage and monitor the P&L of business units.

• Conduct monthly closing analyses, comparing actuals against forecasts and budgets.

• Analyze variations in revenues, costs, and expenses, identifying discrepancies and opportunities for improvement.

• Collaborate with business areas and corporate departments to understand and consolidate financial information.

• Prepare managerial analyses and financial explanations to support leadership and decision-making processes.

• Assist in the budgeting, forecasting, and financial review processes.

• Ensure the consistency, reliability, and accuracy of financial information.

• Automate and optimize financial reports and processes to enhance operational efficiency.

• Support initiatives related to the use of automation and AI in the financial workflows of the area.

⛳️ Requirements

• Solid experience in FP&A, Financial Planning, or Management Information.

• Advanced knowledge of accounting principles.

• Experience with P&L management and strategic financial analysis.

• Advanced knowledge in financial modeling.

• Experience with monthly closures, budgeting, and forecasting.

• Knowledge of process automation and interest in AI applications within the financial context.

• Strong relationship-building skills across different areas and hierarchical levels.

• Basic/intermediate English proficiency will be considered an advantage.
