This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Receive and verify contracts signed by clients.
• Contact clients to guide and collect necessary documents.
• Ensure that all documentation is complete, legible, and complies with legal requirements.
• Send the documents to the responsible attorney within the established deadlines.
• Monitor the status of contracts and support the sales team in the administrative process.
• Act as a liaison between the sales team and the legal department.
• Ensure that documents are complete and ready for submission to the responsible attorney.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication abilities and professional demeanor.
• Proficiency with administrative routines and familiarity with spreadsheets or internal systems.
• Previous experience in administrative, commercial, or customer service roles is preferred.
• Knowledge of CRM systems.
• Familiarity with Google Tools.
• Availability to work on Saturdays.
• A suitable home office setup, including a computer, headphones, and stable internet.
