Analista de Dados Funcional Pleno – Mercado Financeiro

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Serve as the liaison between business sectors (managers, Product Owners, product teams, and commercial teams) and technical data departments.

• Collect, organize, and document requirements pertaining to investment funds.

• Convert business needs into precise functional and technical specifications.

• Assist engineering and DataViz teams in the creation of dashboards and analytical solutions.

• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and align with stakeholder expectations.

• Engage in the definition and monitoring of metrics and KPIs (such as returns, volatility, Sharpe ratio, inflows, redemptions, etc.).

• Validate dashboards and management reports with an emphasis on usability and user experience.

• Contribute to the standardization and governance of data within the investment context.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of prior experience in data, business intelligence, or analytics within the financial market sector.

• Familiarity with investment funds (including fixed income, multi-strategy, equities, etc.).

• Understanding of financial indicators, as well as performance and risk metrics.

• Proven experience in gathering requirements and collaborating with business sectors.

• Proficiency with data visualization tools (preferably Power BI).

• Basic knowledge of data modeling and concepts related to data engineering.

• Capability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Possess an analytical and structured mindset.

• Financial market certifications (CPA-20, CEA, CFA – a significant advantage).

• Experience with financial databases (e.g., ANBIMA, CVM, Bloomberg, etc.).

• Proficiency in SQL or data manipulation techniques.

• Experience in data UX or dashboard design.

• Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
