Analista de Controles Internos PL – Foco em Cyber e Tecnologia

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Implement and enhance governance, security, and compliance practices and processes within Information Technology environments.

• Map technology processes while identifying associated risks and controls.

• Assess the design and effectiveness of controls.

• Conduct technology and cybersecurity risk analyses.

• Monitor IT incidents and assist in root cause analyses.

• Support access governance, segregation of duties (SoD), and identity management.

• Contribute to security policies, standards, and control procedures.

• Document, ensure traceability, and promote continuous improvement of the control environment.

• Assist with internal and external audits.

• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.

• Collaborate closely with infrastructure, systems, and information security teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Technology, Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields.

• Previous experience in IT Internal Controls, IT Auditing, or IT Risk Management.

• Familiarity or experience with technical teams in infrastructure, development, and security.

• Knowledge of COBIT.

• Understanding of COSO ERM / SOX.

• Familiarity with ISO 27001 / 27002.

• Knowledge of BACEN regulations is preferred.

• Practical experience in incident and problem management (ITIL).

• Understanding of IT architecture and the functioning of systems/applications.

• Basic knowledge of cybersecurity, including vulnerabilities, access, monitoring, and incident response.

• Familiarity with ITGC, access management, change management, monitoring, vulnerabilities, and business continuity.
