Analista de Cobranza

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Chile.

📋 Description

• Design, implement, and automate data flows and reporting infrastructure (MIS) for Tenpo's collections operations.

• Develop and maintain automated and operational data flows for the allocation and segmentation of collection portfolios using efficient stored procedures.

• Build and provide real-time visualization and management control solutions through Looker Studio (and integration with Google AI), eliminating manual reporting and strengthening data governance.

• Interact natively with Lakehouse-type architectures and Tenpo's corporate operational tools (e.g., Antigravity) to ensure proper processing of transactional and historical data of delinquent customers.

• Collaborate on the technical design and deployment of an Artificial Intelligence Agent focused on automating and enhancing analytical flows before and after the write-off of difficult-to-recover accounts.

• Document and co-manage, together with technical leadership, the collection engines and parametric processes integrated into the Google suite and SFTP servers, ensuring the area's resilience against any contingency.

• Ensure that collection processes and relationships with external providers comply with current CMF regulations regarding collections and financial consumer protection.

⛳️ Requirements

• Professional degree in Computer Engineering, Statistics, Industrial Civil Engineering, or related fields with a solid quantitative foundation and programming logic.

• 3 or more years of experience in data analytics, data engineering, or business intelligence roles, ideally in the financial, fintech, or collections sectors.

• At least 2 years of experience designing and optimizing complex SQL queries and stored procedures in production environments.

• Proven experience in developing automated dashboards in Looker Studio.

• Technical expertise in modern data architectures based on Lakehouse.

• Experience in operational data modeling integrated with corporate management tools (e.g., Antigravity).

• Knowledge of CMF regulations applicable to collection processes.

• Preferred: Diploma in Collection Management or Management of Delinquent Portfolios.

• Certification in CMF regulations applicable to collections and financial consumer protection.

• Courses or practical experience in analytics applied to financial portfolios.
