This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Manage the payment and withholding of service taxes for external suppliers (INSS, ISS).

• Reconcile and analyze current accounts and supplier accounts using bank statements and ledgers.

• Classify and enter tax documents, expenses, and taxes into the system.

• Prepare, type, and issue control spreadsheets for the accounting department.

• Provide assistance in the monthly accounting of expenses.

• Help with monetary updates and the accounting of taxes, including IRRF, IRPJ, and ICMS.

• Reconcile, offset, and analyze accounts related to payroll.

• Support company areas with necessary accounting for monthly closure, including taxes and depreciation.

• Fill out and analyze movements of loans obtained or in progress.

• Organize, file, and update documents, reports, and controls within the area.

• Execute accounting entries, verifying debit and credit accounts, both analytical and synthetic.

• Classify accounting documents according to the Chart of Accounts.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting.

• Experience in the Construction sector is desirable.
