Analista Comercial Júnior – Vendas, Customer Experience

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Analyze business opportunities, lead consultative sales processes, support the customer journey, and identify upsell/cross-sell and expansion opportunities.

• Translate feedback and data into insights for continuous improvement and customer retention.

• Manage a portfolio of leads and clients, ensuring a smooth and positive journey.

• Execute consultative approaches (identifying pain points, diagnosis, and ROI).

• Conduct diagnostic meetings, mapping, and analyzing customer needs.

• Prepare for software demonstration meetings, business cases, and value proposals.

• Lead commercial negotiations aligned with internal policies and company margins.

• Develop long-term relationships with strategic accounts.

• Participate in events, fairs, and executive presentations as a commercial spokesperson.

• Collaborate with the Customer Success team to ensure a smooth transition from pre-sales to post-sales.

• Monitor commercial and CX KPIs (pipeline, conversion, NPS, churn, CSAT).

• Manage the pipeline in CRM with predictability and disciplined cadence.

• Produce analyses and reports to guide commercial decisions.

• Collect Voice of Customer (VoC) data and transform it into actionable insights.

• Support the development and improvement of commercial and service processes.

• Update sales forecasts, conversion rates, and pipeline indicators.

• Prepare commercial performance reports.

• Track competition and market trends to support strategic decisions.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree completed (Business Administration, IT, Engineering, Marketing, or related fields).

• Solid experience in consultative sales, preferably in SaaS/B2B.

• Experience with customer journey, Customer Success, and value-oriented approaches.

• Proficient in consultative sales techniques.

• Knowledge of CRM and pipeline management.

• Ability to translate technical requirements into business solutions.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Results-oriented mindset, pipeline discipline, and analytical thinking.

• Strong analytical skills and intermediate proficiency in Excel.
