This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee initiatives related to referral ordering processes and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance referral management strategies.

• Work together with scheduling, managed care, and revenue cycle teams to optimize ambulatory workflows and boost operational efficiency.

• Act as the main analyst for mobile application features, focusing on solutions for providers and clinicians.

• Assist in the ongoing maintenance, optimization, enhancements, upgrades, and project initiatives related to Epic Ambulatory.

• Evaluate business and clinical workflows to pinpoint areas for improvement and system optimization.

• Contribute to system design, development, testing, validation, implementation, and post-launch support activities.

• Diagnose application issues and collaborate closely with operational stakeholders to address system challenges.

• Offer mentorship, knowledge sharing, and assistance to team members internally.

• Engage in change management, documentation, and training activities as required.

• Ensure that solutions are in alignment with organizational goals, industry best practices, and regulatory standards.


⛳️ Requirements

• Epic Ambulatory certification is mandatory.

• Proven experience in supporting Epic Ambulatory applications within a healthcare setting.

• In-depth understanding of referral and authorization processes.

• Experience in supporting ambulatory revenue cycle operations and working with billing teams.

• Familiarity with clinical mobile applications, specifically Haiku and Canto.

• Demonstrated capability to work autonomously and manage a range of priorities.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.

• Background in participating in Epic upgrades, implementations, and optimization projects.
