Amazon Connect Automation Consultant, Quality Assurance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Lead quality assurance initiatives for contact center implementations.

• Design and implement detailed test plans for Amazon Connect contact flows.

• Test CloudFormation stacks, Lambda integrations, and Amazon Lex bots.

• Validate omni-channel routing and voice user interfaces.

• Gather requirements, define load/performance test scope, and conduct tests.

• Create automated test frameworks and CI/CD pipelines.

• Produce and analyze reports utilizing Amazon Connect’s built-in metrics.

• Collaborate with cross-platform contact center product knowledge.

• Manage SIT & UAT alongside defect management and business scenario refinement.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in quality assurance with a concentration on Amazon Connect.

• Extensive expertise in Amazon Connect testing, automated IVR validation, and load & performance testing.

• Strong comprehension of omni-channel and conversational AI solutions.

• Skilled in designing thorough test plans for Amazon Connect contact flows.

• Experience with CloudFormation stacks, Lambda integrations, and Amazon Lex bots.

• Knowledgeable in testing voice user interfaces (VUI) and advanced IVR systems.

• Familiarity with API integrations and testing protocols (WebRTC and SIP).

• Proficient in using testing tools like Postman, JMeter, or LoadRunner.

• Capable of generating and analyzing reports for quality trends and SLA compliance.

• Experienced with defect management tools such as JIRA and Qtest/Qmetry.
