Alumni Community Associate – 6 Months Fixed-Term

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ghana.

📋 Description

• Maintain consistent communication with alumni through organized updates and check-ins.

• Assist in onboarding new alumni into the community ecosystem.

• Address alumni inquiries promptly and professionally.

• Coordinate logistics for events, peer-to-peer activities, and community initiatives.

• Aid in scheduling and following up on engagement activities.

• Ensure the smooth execution of community touchpoints.

• Keep the alumni tracker / CRM updated with accurate and current information.

• Monitor engagement signals such as activity, availability, and responsiveness.

• Ensure data consistency to support Talent and Business Development workflows.

• Promote relevant projects and engagement opportunities to alumni.

• Gather feedback, testimonials, and success stories from alumni.

• Assist in disseminating insights across internal teams.

• Collaborate with Talent and Business Development teams to convey alumni availability and readiness.

• Support alignment between community activities and project pipeline requirements.

• Track alumni engagement metrics and participation levels.

• Monitor response times and activity trends.

• Assist in reporting on community health and re-engagement efforts.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in community management, digital marketing, talent engagement, or program coordination.

• Experience in working with a diverse range of stakeholders and managing a community.

• Strong organizational and project management capabilities.

• Robust data management experience.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office and virtual collaboration tools (e.g., Eventbrite, Teams).
