Alumnae Chapter Supervisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assess the overall well-being of the alumnae chapters within the designated region and provide monthly reports to the alumnae chapter team leader and the director of alumnae engagement.

• Maintain regular communication with alumnae chapter officers to ensure their requirements are fulfilled.

• Conduct virtual meetings with alumnae chapter officers to drive success in key aspects of chapter operations, including dues collection, philanthropy, event planning, officer onboarding, and member recruitment and retention.

• Collaborate with other team volunteers to create resources and offer educational programming for alumnae chapter officers.

• Engage in the planning and implementation of annual and special projects that promote alumnae chapter initiatives.

• Support chapters in fulfilling all necessary criteria to be recognized as in good standing with Gamma Phi Beta.

⛳️ Requirements

• Membership in an alumnae chapter, with a preference for candidates who have leadership experience in alumnae chapters.

• Strong understanding of the International Gamma Phi Beta bylaws, as well as the rules and procedures relevant to alumnae chapters and their members.
