• Develop and enhance scalable systems, products, and processes to improve customer support and value delivery, collaborating with engineering to implement essential features.

• Lead the execution of multiple concurrent, cross-functional projects and/or programs.

• Efficiently establish timelines and manage teams to meet deadlines.

• Engage with a diverse range of technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Proven experience in program management or similar roles within high-performing product organizations, demonstrating the ability to navigate ambiguity and execute complex projects.

• Possess strong interpersonal skills that allow you to influence without direct authority, fostering cross-organizational support, cooperation, and action.

• A history of successfully organizing, implementing, and managing complex programs and projects.

• Comfortable working through trade-offs, balancing competing priorities, and adapting perspectives as needed.

• A strong interest in AI systems — direct experience with AI/ML is valued but not mandatory.
