Airbnb Operations Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• You will oversee and enhance a collection of short-term rental properties on booking platforms such as Airbnb, Booking.com, and Abritel as part of the ALB network.

• Responsible for setting up and optimizing listings on these platforms (including photos, descriptions, and SEO strategies).

• Engage in yield management by implementing dynamic pricing to maximize revenue for each property.

• Manage reservations and foster guest relations through effective communication (messaging, check-in processes, and dispute resolution).

• Coordinate cleaning and maintenance teams in between guest stays.

• Identify and prospect new property owners interested in delegating the management of their properties.

• Ability to persuade and establish trust with property owners.

• Experience in real estate, sales, or any relevant field (such as hairdressing, management, hospitality, etc.)—motivation is the key factor.

• Desire for the independence of a self-directed role while benefiting from the support of a structured network.
