đź“‹ Description

• Identify and engage with key partners, such as Technology Platforms and Security Providers, to execute strategic relationships in alignment with the company's business goals.

• Establish connections with decision-makers and foster relationships to effectively position AI, IoT, and Connectivity solutions.

• Lead discussions with partners regarding strategic business objectives, while developing and implementing a business plan that aligns their needs with EPIC iO products and services.

• Conduct both short-term and long-range planning to enhance product placement, customer satisfaction, and sales growth for sustained results—aiming to create and sell profitable businesses that exceed gross profit targets.

• Manage complex technology deals, typically lasting from 3 months to a year.

• Utilize CRM, Salesforce, and Hubspot to enhance operational and business efficiency.

• Collaborate with all resources across EPIC iO as a unified team for success—including inside sales, business development, customer success, product, marketing, finance, delivery teams, and the executive team.

• Travel to both existing and prospective customers to sustain and expand the company's solutions.

• Ability to utilize computer and phone technology for extended periods.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field or equivalent sales experience.

• Over 7 years of experience in a regional or vertical sales role, with a proven track record of meeting quota attainment.

• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills are essential, particularly with enterprise-level customers and partners.

• Experience in selling SaaS, AI, and IoT-based models is required.

• Technical knowledge and the ability to communicate effectively across business departments (engineering, procurement, upper management) for negotiating large multi-million dollar deals.

• Proven ability to execute regional sales plans focused on end-user business development and sales execution within a complex sales cycle.

• Capability to work collaboratively with, plan alongside, and sell with technology and channel partners.
