AI/ML Engineer – MCP Infrastructure

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Oversee, maintain, and enhance the agentic infrastructure operating on LangChain / LangSmith / LangGraph.

• Administer container-based deployments while ensuring stability across various environments.

• Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines specifically for agent and model deployments.

• Establish and uphold observability frameworks, including tracing, alerting, and performance dashboards for LLM-based systems.

• Assist with MCP server integration as the client-side team implements new components.

• Proactively identify and address latency, cost, and reliability challenges before they escalate into production incidents.

• Collaborate closely with the client's MCP technical lead in a small team environment, free from bureaucracy, where your infrastructure decisions are instantly recognized.

⛳️ Requirements

• Solid DevOps principles in application — you take ownership of deployments rather than merely contributing to them.

• Familiarity with container orchestration (Docker + ECS/Fargate or similar), GitHub Actions for CI/CD, AWS (ECS, RDS, S3, CloudWatch), and MCP protocol is integral to your daily tasks.

• Practical production experience with LangChain, LangSmith, and/or LangGraph — excluding course projects or prototypes.

• Understanding of LLM infrastructure — you grasp token costs, latency trade-offs, rate limits, and effective monitoring in a production setting.

• Ability to work independently within a small team without needing constant supervision.

• Near-native proficiency in English — engaging in daily asynchronous communication with a US-based technical lead and client stakeholders.

• Monthly compensation of $4000 - $5000 — paid in USD, bi-weekly via Deel.
