AI/ML Engineer II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Create, develop, refine, and assess machine learning, deep learning, and Generative AI models.

• Enhance model performance across various dimensions, including accuracy, latency, scalability, and cost.

• Design and execute scalable, production-ready AI solutions.

• Develop, maintain, and optimize MLOps pipelines for model training, deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management.

• Collaborate with Product Managers, Product Owners, Software Engineers, Data Scientists, and Research teams to ensure AI solutions are aligned with business and product goals.

• Work with both structured and unstructured datasets, such as healthcare, claims, and life sciences data, to create high-performance AI systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative discipline.

• At least 3+ years of practical experience in an AI/ML or data science role, delivering solutions that have been deployed in production.

• Strong expertise in Python and SQL, with experience in developing scalable ML/NLP workflows.

• Extensive hands-on experience with machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing.

• Experience with Generative AI and Large Language Models, including techniques for fine-tuning and evaluation.

• Knowledge of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model validation practices.

• Experience in deploying AI solutions within cloud environments (Azure, AWS, or GCP).

• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
