AI/ML Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable AI/ML models tailored for document processing and automation.

• Construct comprehensive pipelines for data extraction, classification, and validation.

• Implement and integrate Document AI and OCR-based solutions effectively.

• Create LLM-driven applications utilizing modern frameworks and orchestration tools.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide AI solutions focused on business needs.

• Enhance model performance, accuracy, and scalability within production settings.

• Keep abreast of the latest developments in AI/ML technologies.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of practical experience in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.

• Experience working in organizations where AI/ML technologies are actively used in production settings, particularly in Document AI and intelligent automation.

• At least 2 years of experience in leadership positions.

• Candidates should have prior experience in organizations that leverage AI/ML technologies in real-world, production-grade scenarios.

• Proficiency in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools is essential.

• A strong foundation in Mathematics (Linear Algebra, Probability, Statistics, Optimization) is highly desirable.
