AI/ML Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Developing and deploying production-grade ML models within our content and product ecosystem.

• Designing scalable ML infrastructure and pipelines capable of managing vast media datasets.

• Implementing inference systems to enhance content across various verticals.

• Fine-tuning and deploying multimodal AI systems by utilizing MLOps best practices.

• Collaborating with data science teams to convert research models into production-ready systems.

• Optimizing model performance for cost-effectiveness while ensuring accuracy and speed requirements are met.

• Integrating ML functionalities into existing platforms and creating APIs for seamless model integration.

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.

• Over 3 years of practical ML engineering experience in building production systems at major tech companies, high-growth startups, or media/entertainment platforms.

• Advanced proficiency in Python, ML frameworks, and cloud services.

• Substantial experience with MLOps tools and practices, including Docker, Kubernetes, model versioning, and monitoring systems.

• A proven history of deploying and scaling ML models in production settings with high availability demands.

• A self-motivated approach with the ability to design complex systems independently while collaborating with technical teams.

• You excel in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
