AI/ML Engineer – Artificial Intelligence, Intelligent Automation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design, create, and implement AI and machine learning solutions that align with critical business goals.

• Develop scalable machine learning pipelines and automated intelligent workflows.

• Construct, train, assess, and enhance machine learning models for operational deployment.

• Incorporate AI functionalities into enterprise applications, cloud platforms, and data ecosystems.

• Collaborate with data engineers, architects, product managers, and business stakeholders to discover opportunities for AI-driven innovations.

• Prepare, transform, and engineer data for machine learning and predictive analytics purposes.

• Deploy, monitor, and refine production machine learning models utilizing MLOps best practices.

• Support initiatives in NLP, document intelligence, RAG, and generative AI.

• Create APIs and automation that embed AI capabilities into enterprise workflows.

• Assess emerging AI technologies and propose practical solutions for clients.

• Engage in Agile practices, including sprint planning, demonstrations, and retrospectives.

• Document technical solutions and convey complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical field.

• At least 3 years of professional experience in developing AI, machine learning, intelligent automation, advanced analytics, or data science solutions.

• Proficiency in programming with Python and familiarity with machine learning or AI frameworks.

• Experience in deploying AI or machine learning solutions in cloud or enterprise settings.

• Strong understanding of data engineering principles, model lifecycle management, and software development best practices.

• Experience working collaboratively with multidisciplinary technical teams.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.

• Experience with AI/ML, generative AI, LLMs, NLP, intelligent automation, predictive analytics, RAG, prompt engineering, or AI agents is highly preferred.

• Familiarity with Azure AI Services, Azure Machine Learning, Azure OpenAI, Databricks, Palantir Foundry, AWS AI Services, or Google Vertex AI is highly desired.

• Proficient in Python, SQL, Spark, MLflow, LangChain, vector databases, REST APIs, Git, MLOps, model deployment, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, or DevSecOps is highly preferred.

• Experience in federal consulting and supporting agencies such as VA, DoD, DHA, CMS, HHS, or other federal entities.

• Active Public Trust or Security Clearance, or the ability to obtain one.
