AI/ML Engineer – Agentic AI, Computer Vision

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Create and enhance agentic AI workflows aimed at processing technical engineering documentation.

• Develop Computer Vision pipelines for the detection of diagrams and symbols.

• Design and manage Knowledge Graph structures that illustrate system components and their interrelationships.

• Create multi-agent orchestration pipelines utilizing contemporary LLM frameworks.

• Integrate capabilities for retrieval, reasoning, and tool-calling within AI systems.

• Develop APIs and backend services that support AI workflows and experimentation.

• Work collaboratively with engineers and researchers in a dynamic R&D setting.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong commercial experience with Python and contemporary AI/ML ecosystems.

• Practical experience building agentic AI systems using frameworks such as LangGraph or LangChain.

• Familiarity with LLMs, RAG pipelines, vector databases, and tool-calling architectures.

• Hands-on experience in training or fine-tuning Computer Vision models (e.g., object detection, diagram/document understanding).

• Experience in creating APIs and backend services using FastAPI or similar frameworks.

• Ability to work independently in R&D or prototype-driven environments with rapidly changing requirements.

• Strong sense of ownership and capability to transform ideas into functional prototypes.
