AI/ML Developer, Mid

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Design and implement Generative Artificial Intelligence solutions utilizing AWS services, including Amazon Bedrock;

• Create and enhance intelligent agents using frameworks like LangChain and LangGraph;

• Develop orchestrated workflows for agents, facilitating efficient integration with language models (LLMs);

• Build AI-driven applications, including chatbots, virtual assistants, content classification systems, and intelligent document processing;

• Create solutions employing RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) to enhance context and support information retrieval;

• Model and implement graph-based data structures utilizing Neo4j and the Cypher query language;

• Integrate applications and agents using protocols such as MCP (Model Context Protocol);

• Engage in defining and implementing testing, observability, and monitoring for the developed solutions;

• Contribute to the ongoing evolution of AI application architecture within cloud environments;

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop data- and AI-driven solutions;

• Utilize Git for code versioning, collaboration, and project management;

• Assist in technical documentation and the sharing of development best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a postgraduate IT program with at least 360 hours recognized by MEC (Brazilian Ministry of Education);

• A minimum of 4 years of demonstrated professional experience in technology-related positions;

• Experience in developing Generative AI solutions;

• Familiarity with AWS, specifically Amazon Bedrock;

• Proficiency in LangChain and/or LangGraph;

• Experience in building AI agents and integrating them with LLMs;

• Experience in developing applications like chatbots, virtual assistants, and RAG-based solutions;

• Understanding of APIs and system integrations;

• Proficient in Git for version control;

• Knowledge of testing, observability, and application monitoring;

• Understanding of data modeling and databases;

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Desirable: Experience with Neo4j and Cypher; knowledge of MCP (Model Context Protocol); familiarity with Kiro or AI-assisted development tools; understanding of GraphRAG; experience with distributed cloud architectures; background in Data & Analytics projects.
