AI/ML Developer, Chemistry, Industry

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and implement machine learning and AI solutions, which encompass Generative AI, computer vision, and predictive modeling.

• Construct scalable data pipelines and integrate models into live production settings.

• Partner with data engineers and scientists to process and analyze extensive datasets, including industrial and time-series data.

• Transform business requirements into technical solutions, emphasizing robustness and maintainability.

• Create and refine algorithms for practical industrial applications, such as predictive maintenance, anomaly detection, and process optimization.

• Engage with industrial data sources including SCADA, MES, ERP, SAP, and IoT systems.

• Establish monitoring, validation, and continuous improvement pipelines for models, adhering to MLOps practices.

• Contribute to system architecture with a focus on performance, scalability, and reliability.

• Prototype and experiment with innovative AI techniques, swiftly iterating towards production-ready outcomes.

• Assist in the integration of AI systems into the existing infrastructure and applications of clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.

• Proficient in both Polish and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Robust programming abilities (e.g., Python) and experience with ML/AI frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).

• Practical experience in building and deploying machine learning models within production environments.

• Comprehensive understanding of machine learning methodologies, including Generative AI, computer vision, classification, and regression.

• Experience with time-series data and industrial data sets.

• Familiarity with industrial systems such as SCADA, MES, ERP, SAP, and IoT.

• Experience in data processing, storage, and pipeline development.

• Knowledge of MLOps practices, including CI/CD for ML, model monitoring, and versioning.

• Capability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and capacity to work independently on technical challenges.

• Willingness to collaborate closely with business teams to define and enhance AI use cases.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with business stakeholders.
