AI & Workforce Transformation Lead – AI-Enabled Offshore Talent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Sri Lanka.

📋 Description

• Develop, execute, and enhance the AI capability strategy for Elephant Teams across the organization.

• Initiate and oversee the Elephant Teams AI Academy.

• Enhance workforce capabilities, promote AI integration, and generate measurable business outcomes through productivity enhancements.

• Conduct workshops, coaching sessions, onboarding programs, certification assessments, and continuous learning initiatives customized for various roles.

• Establish and update the AI Knowledge Hub, including a Prompt Library, SOPs, templates, workflows, and implementation guides to foster ongoing education.

• Spot opportunities to optimize workflows and enhance operational efficiency using tools like Zapier, Make, N8N, and AI agents.

• Create AI Champions programs, knowledge-sharing communities, and regular learning forums that foster collaboration and innovation.

• Assess workforce capability, productivity advancements, client results, and deliver insights and recommendations to leadership.

• Assist in developing innovative solutions that amplify client value and enhance market differentiation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in Learning & Development, Workforce Enablement, Organizational Capability, Change Management, or a similar field.

• Strong hands-on experience with AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, NotebookLM, Microsoft Copilot, and Perplexity.

• Proven track record in designing and delivering training programs, capability frameworks, and organizational learning initiatives.

• Demonstrated ability to facilitate technology adoption and behavioral change across various teams.

• Experience in implementing workflow automation and process enhancement initiatives using platforms like Zapier, Make, or N8N.

• Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and presentation abilities.

• Strong project management skills and execution capabilities.

• Preferred: Experience in developing AI capability programs or establishing AI centers of excellence.

• Preferred: Background in BPO, offshore staffing, professional services, or workforce solutions sectors.

• Preferred: Knowledge of AI governance, responsible AI practices, as well as privacy and security considerations.

• Preferred: Experience in driving commercial growth through innovation and service development.
