AI Workforce Enablement Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Utah.

📋 Description

• Develop and steer the workforce enablement strategy for AI-driven workflow and role transformations

• Create and implement enablement initiatives that foster authentic adoption

• Prepare managers to effectively guide their teams through transitions, encompassing readiness, support, and challenging discussions

• Convert redesigned workflows into explicit role expectations, skill requirements, and enablement strategies

• Assemble practical toolkits, learning experiences, and resources for managers

• Provide counsel across Talent, HR, and AI teams to ensure that enablement is established prior to the shift in accountability

• Evaluate progress using indicators of behavior change, readiness, and potential friction

• Continuously enhance the strategy based on feedback from employees and managers

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in workforce transformation, people enablement, or talent-related change execution

• Proven ability to effect genuine behavior change, rather than merely delivering training or communications

• Proficient in navigating HR/Talent systems, including role design, skills, learning, and performance

• Strong judgment, independence, and ability to follow through in dynamic environments

• Skillful in identifying resistance and customizing support accordingly

• Practical curiosity and hands-on experience with AI-enhanced work methodologies

• No engineering experience necessary

• Consultant-like intuition for functionality and creating tools that individuals will adopt and use consistently
